RESERVATION POLICY

Deposits & Payment: If booking more than 60 days in advance, 50% of the rental rate plus booking fee and travel insurance(if applicable), is due on the day of the booking. If booking 60 days or less in advance, the total price of the reservation will be charged in full on the day of booking.

Check-in: Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required.

Pet Policy: Ocean Villas II is a commercial transient lodging facility. As such, we follow the rule of law regarding Service Animals set forth by the Department Of Justice (DOJ). The DOJ has emphatically stated and ruled that emotional support animals are not considered service animals. If you travel with a pet that has not been specifically trained to perform a specialized service to help a person with a physical disability, we have the right to refuse your stay.

 

Additional Rules: Damages to unit furnishings, amenities, supplies, and linens or items missing from room are subject to additional fees upon assessment following your departure.

 

Cancellation Policy: Before making your final cancellation decision, please consider the following:

  • Cancellation may result in full forfeiture of paid funds.

  • If you purchased travel insurance, we suggest you contact the company prior to cancellation to ensure you understand the terms of coverage.

Upon written notification of intent to cancel, we will immediately place the unit back into our rental inventory. No funds will be returned at this time.

If unit is re-rented: 

  • If re-rented at the same pricing and terms, after Ocean Villas II receives full payment for the new booking, you will be issued a full refund of paid funds minus the booking fee, travel insurance (if applicable), a cancellation fee of 10% of the collected funds or $100, whichever is greater. 

  • If re-rented at different pricing and terms, you will only receive a refund of the difference minus the cancellation fee, booking fee, and travel insurance (if applicable).

  • We will provide any necessary information to the Travel Insurance company regarding the cancellation upon request.

If unit is NOT re-rented:

  • You will not receive any refund. 

  • If full payment has been made prior to cancellation you are entitled to use the unit as originally reserved. 

  • We will provide any necessary information to the Travel Insurance company regarding the cancellation upon request.
